Monkey is not used in a flattering way for Symmons so please stop trying to fool people by pretending it is.
In the UK fans at Football games can get life bans by calling opposing players monkeys, making monkey gestures or making monkey noises. The term monkey is a derogatory and offensive term to people who are coloured and the indian fans and Harbajhan Singh knew exactly what they were doing by calling Symmons a monkey.
As for Micheal Clarke being called pup you really need to be educated here. Michael Clarke is not called pup because of his hair or skin colour but because of his age. When Clarke first joined the team he was a great deal younger then the other players so the players called him pup as a result. In case your missing the reference a pup is a young dog, and Clarke was the youngster amongst the older more seasons players.
The name pup is an affenctionate term used and is not meant in a derogatory way. Calling someone a monkey and making gestures and noises is meant to be a racial attack on a person and should not be tolerated.
This isn't the first time Singh racially abused Symmons either. Singh racially abused Symmons with the same taunt during the last tour by the Aussies and Singh was warned then not to do it again or face trouble. Singh even apologised to Symmons at the time for calling him a monkey then. History shows Singh was stupid enough to racially abuse Symmons again during the last test, and he now deserves every bit of that 3 match ban he got for it.

I am sure you dont, being a Indian and toured the world I have seen the racially abused peoples, In Australia, US and enen in UK.
Do you know how peoples behaive to South Asians in these countries? I am sure you cant.
Calling monkey to anyone is not racially abused. You must read the Indian history before commenting the spirit of Indians.

Why are you so furious over the monkey chant, Harbhajan never said that in Indian series neither he done is to Symonds in Sydney.
There is no evidence to prove that but there are proves that Hogg said something like that to Kumble.
Do you know anything about Proctor the match referee? He was the part of South African team who cancelled the tour of England only becuase there was a black player in English team....Do you aware?
The kind of umpiring done is this match and the way umpires belived in Austrlian teams decisions can be a case of thinking Indians a substandard peoples, and that is not acceptable.
Australian cant believe that there is a team who matched their aggression and sometime went over their heads.
