Kirsten is almost certain to get the job but the cricket board wants to be careful with all the terms and conditions before making a formal announcement Sources said that he was interviewed yesterday in Delhi which was kept quite low profile, learning from the Graham Form episode who turned down the offer after receiving the letter from BCCI. His recruitment can also solve the problem of a batting coach and that too best of his can be taken by current Indian openers. Gary Kristen's ODI and Test record is quite impressive and he made runs against all the opponents from around the world. He played 101 tests matches for 7289 runs with 21 century and 275 being his highest. In ODI he made 6798 runs in 185 matches with 18 centuries.
