Should India show external aggression on Cricket field?

India lost the series to Australia yesterday and last cricket latch of the series is just a experimental for Australians. Before the series start it was made as a battle of world champions from two different forms of the games, but finally Australia shows why they are on top this long.

I think Indians started the series on a wrong foot, they tried to match the Australian on field aggression where they should have tried to copied their game. All the Indians cricket players from Yuvraj to Uthapa, Harbhajan to Sreesanth tried to start the words battle with Australians and newly appointed skipper Dhoni was not behind targeting the touring cricket team.

Now that the six cricket matches of the series are gone and Australians have the lead of 4-0, they can make fun of Indian aggression.

My question is, why the hell on earth they tried to get away from the original self? Result of that is that they didn't concentrate on their own game instead they concentrated on matching the Australian on field aggression. If you are a strong follower of Indian cricket you can find that we never had a history of external aggressive players in our cricket history.

Forget about the history you can take the example of many current cricket players, like Sachin, Dravid,Kumble etc. All of them are world class players and known for their aggressive game not aggressive body language of words. Who said that if you are vocal and animated on field you will become aggressive and that going to help you lift your game on field?

Now that series is lost, my advice to Indian cricket players is that show your aggression by bat, ball and fielding not by commenting on opposition without reason. Australians are world champions but next touring country too isn't a cake walk, they are Pakistani would like to win a series in India.

There is an old saying "if you want to talk the talk, you must walk the walk". While it is a stupid American saying, there is some truth to it. The successful players managed to perform on the field, and this allows them to be aggressive (either in action or word). If you can't back it up, you just look stupid.

Who will look back more fondly on this series - Sreesanath or Symonds?

Thanks sachin for your compliment! But dont you think when some one is on top he needs to work harder to achieve new hights in that field? Which after watching the performance of Indian team against Australia is totally opposite. We were the champions...Australians showed us where we actually stand.
