The last time India lost an ODI or Twenty20 game to Pakistan in a tournament featuring 5 or more teams was 4 years ago, in September 2004(champions Trophy). On why India should win is because their form has been unbelievable, the momentum is with them. They have beaten the strong contenders of Twenty20 world cup i.e. England,South Africa and Australia on their road to final.

There are a lot of Players in current Pakistan team who can turn the table this time round, lets have a look at all of them:

1. Misbah-ul-Haq - The find of the tournament for Pakistan, Is in superb from and showed his real colour in game against Australia.
2. Shoaib Malik - Skipper of young Pakistani side who have a great cricketing brain which can be seen by his change of bowlers at right time as per situation e.g. Umar Gul was bowling in opening spells in starting games but judged by his amount of yorkers and kind of dilevery not easy to hit, Malik not using him in end overs instead of starting overs. More over skipper is in great nick.
3. Younis Khan - Before Twenty2o world cup, he was the thorn in Indian's bowlers flesh. Strugling in this form of game but can come good in final.
4. Mohammed Asif - In brilliant form and got wickets in almost every game with a miserable runrate, went through to Indian batting in their last meeting.
5. Umar Gul - He is one of the most economical bowlers of Twenty20 world cup. Can be very dangerous if he is his full flow. He got good line and length with a decent speed.
6. Sohail Tanvir - New find of Pakistani pace attach, got a weired bowling action but still get a lot of pace and bounce of the trance because of his height with a deadly combination with left arm.
7. Shahid Afridi - The glam boy of Pakistani cricket, is quite with bat and scored only 91 runs till date in series. But he filled that with his bowling and can end up with highest wicket taker of the Twenty20 World cup.

If India can play the way they did in their previous three matches, their will be a not so difficult can be win for them. But for that they need to keep momentum and tackle the above mentioned.
